Vicky Kaushal praises Karan Johar for comedy timing in ‘Lust Stories’

Having signed Karan Johar’s first Netflix project ‘Lust Stories’, Vicky Kaushal has begun prepping for the film already. As he caught up with the media, the actor was all in praise of the filmmaker.

“Karan’s hold on comedy is outstanding. In his story, lust plays an important part, but this time around, Karan is giving us a story peppered with comedy”, Asian Age reports the actor stating.

‘Lust Stories’ is said to be the follow up, from the multi-directorial ‘Bombay Talkies’ (2013), which consisted of four short stories. Talking about this, Kaushal went on to add, “It’s fabulous to shoot with Karan. It’s like how Bombay Talkies was. It will have four short films. I did Karan’s film. As the name suggests, the theme of the film is lust and deals with a relationship between a boy and girl. It’s the quirkiest film I have ever done. It’s the most bizarre character I have ever played.”

‘Lust Stories’ will explore the way sexual desires in a marriage decline, and how it’s handled. Also starring Kiara Advani, the series will begin streaming on 15th June.
