Vibhuti Sharma to play Dayaben in ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma’?

As Disha Vakani stands firm on her decision to permanently exit from ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma’, the makers have now begun their search for a new actor to play the iconic role of Dayaben.
According to Pinkvilla, the team is in no hurry to fill the role and is taking its time to search for the right actor. Vibhuti Sharma is the latest to join the list of popular names rumoured to be in the running. She has reportedly done a mock test as the character as well. Ami Trivedi may also be a candidate for the spot, but the producers have not confirmed or denied the news.
Sharma was previously seen in ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain’ and ‘Hum Ne Li Hai Shapath’.
