Vectone World commences tests ahead of launch

Vectone World has commenced testing this evening off the Sky Digital EPG. The new tests have fuelled speculation that the Asian news channel could be launching on Sky Digital’s EPG as soon as next week. If this is the case, the channel will be the UK’s first Asian TV news service.

Vectone earlier rejected reports that they were launching Vectone World but did say that another new channel was in the offing and an announcement would be made this week. So what with the turn around? We shall certainly be finding out more this week, so keep it here for the latest.

In the meantime tests for the channel can be viewed at 11.642 (V) under the test label “50961” on Sky Digital only.
