Varun Dhawan: “Shuddhi is not happening at the moment”

Bollywood star Varun Dhawan has confirmed that the much delayed project ‘Shuddhi’ isn’t happening anytime soon.

Talking to reporters on the TOIFA Red Carpet event, Dhawan said, ���Shuddhi is not happening at the moment. I think Karan announced it.”

The film, which is set to star Alia Bhatt has been ready to go on the floors for a number of months but has faced constant delays. Dhawan was cited in Hindustan Times saying ���that there is another thing I am doing with Dharma Productions (Karan�۪s banner), so that will be announced soon�۝.

He also responded to reporters questions about ‘Judwaa 2’, ���It�۪s too early to talk about Judwaa 2. Dishoom is coming out. There is another surprise coming out soon.�۝
