Varun Dhawan in Abhishek Varman’s ‘Shiddat’?

Varun Dhawan, recently, was tipped as the one who would be stepping into Dhyan Chand’s shoes for a film. Now, it’s emerged that the actor has also signed Abhishek Varman’s next titled ‘Shiddat’.

As per a report in Super Cinema, the film will be a joint production between Dharma Productions and Sajid Nadiadwala. The film is said to be a period drama set in the 40s and 50s.

Apparently, there are meant to be two actresses yet to be finalised and also another actor.
