Actors Varun Dhawan and Yami Gautam teamed up for the first time in Sriram Raghavan�۪s upcoming film, ��Badlapur�۪.�� Dhawan says that he is very fond of his co-star that he started feeling as though he was married to her while shooting the film, in which they play a married couple.
Speaking of his experience working with Gautam for the first time, Dhawan told Hindustan Times, ���My first meeting with her was weird. Sriram Raghavan had asked me to develop a comfort level with her. ��She was doing her fittings when I met her for the first time and I asked her if we could spend some time together. ��She was baffled. ��But I developed an instant fondness for her. ��If I had to have a wife, she would be like her. ��I felt I was married to Yami.�
��Badlapur�۪ is an action-thriller and will be the first time audience get to see Dhawan move away from the romantic-comedies he has been seen in thus far.
The Sriram Raghavan directed film also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Huma Qureshi.�� It is set to release on 20th February.
