Varun Dhawan denies signing ‘Baby’ sequel

As reported by��BizAsia earlier this week, it was being speculated that actor Varun Dhawan was being considered for a role in the sequel to Neeraj Pandey’s ‘Baby’ (2015). ��However, Dhawan has has now gone on record to completely deny the news.

Speaking to Absolute India, Dhawan very clearly stated, “There is no truth to this news.”

Starring Akshay Kumar, ‘Baby’ has been accepted well by audience and critics alike so there is no surprise in hearing that a sequel is being planned. ��It is now��to be seen whether Kumar himself or another actor will star in the sequel.

Dhawan is currently busy promoting Sriram Raghavan’s ‘Badlapur’, which releases on 20th February, as well as shooting for Remo D’Souza’s ‘ABCD 2’.
