Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt, the two students from ‘Student Of The Year’ (2012) are said to be dating, according to the old grapevine.

A friend of the ‘couple’ told Times Of India said, “On the set, it was just all about getting to know each other. Since they belong to film families, they were very realistic about their relationship. They waited for the film to release, figured out if they still had the same feelings, and few weeks later, they did confess their love for each other. Everyone’s talking about it. Wonder why no one figured it out earlier!”

The report also added that rumours of Dhawan’s long-distance girlfriend were just a red herring to divert attention from the real situation.
