Vaani Kapoor on toughest scene in ‘Befikre’

Although ‘Befikre’ (2016) hasn’t fared too well at the box office, actress Vaani Kapoor has received some praise for her role as Shyra. The actress spoke recently about the toughest scene for her in the film.

There is a scene in the film where Shyra and Dharam (Ranveer Singh) have a heated argument and those who have watched the film will notice that it was shot without any cuts. Kapoor said, according to Box Office Capsule, “I had to make it effortless on scene. You cannot fumble because in that case, you have to go back right to the start. You have to be thorough with the lines. There is no room for mistakes.”

She added, “I somehow enjoyed it more as I was more into the character this way. There was no cut in the flow of emotions we were portraying. It all fell into place thoroughly as I was absolutely in the skin of the character. There was certain rhythm in play there”.

The film is directed by Aditya Chopra and released on 9th December.
