Newcomer Vaani Kapoor, who stars in this weekend’s release ‘Befikre’ has hit back at rumours that she’s had surgery on her face.
The actress made her debut with ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’ (2013) and has recently been dodged with rumours of going under the knife. In an interview with Deccan Chronicle, Kapoor laughed off the rumours, “The surgeries are so expensive! I don’t have so much money to pay for it, plus it hurts so much. I love my body and just can’t go through such tiring process and the pain.”
She also spoke about her general look, which has changed to how she used to be. “I used to be chubby. People can see how different I looked in my debut film because the character was such. In Befikre, my character is bold, sensual and sexy. I lose weight so obviously my jaw and face looks different now. My frame looks different and I am sure audiences will be able to reason the change,” she added.
