What really got thousands of enthusiasts on their feet was a spectacular performance by the SHIAMAK Dance Team (USA). Guru of dance, Shiamak Davar is a pioneer of western dance and Bollywood dancing in India. In fact, his dance academy is the biggest Bollywood dance school in the world.
Set to launch his classes in New York this fall, this performance was a preview of the high quality dancing Shiamak promises to spread in the USA through his trained faculty. Colorful costumes and properties, fit dancers and splendid choreography introduced New York to dance taught straight from the heart of Bollywood.
Shiamak�۪s Principal Dancer and COO who is also a popular television reality show judge for Dance India Dance, Master Marzi was also present at the event and brought a whole new energy. Inviting dance enthusiasts on stage, Marzi took an impromptu dance class with thousands of screaming fans at Times Square.
