Urmila Matondkar coming back to TV with Star Plus’ ‘Adbhut Ganesh Utsav’?

News of celebrity appearances for Star Plus’ ‘Adbhut Ganesh Utsav’ are rolling in, and Urmila Matondkar will reportedly be one of them. She is making her television comeback on the special, and will reportedly be dancing with Shakti Mohan on the song ‘Pinga’ from ‘Bajirao Mastani’ (2015).

A source told Mirror, “The Marathi mulgi agreed to be a part of the show considering it is a performance for the Ganpati festival. Among other things, she will be seen shaking a leg with dancer Shakti Mohan on the “Pinga” song from Bajirao Mastani which was picturised on Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone. She will be seen wearing a nauvari sari. Shooting will take place on September 4 and 5 at Mumbai’s Film City studio in Goregaon.”

Matondkar’s last television appearance was judging the Zee Marathi reality show ‘Marathi Paul Padte Pudhe Atkepar Zenda’ (2011-2012).
