‘Unwell’ Anu Malik is admitted into hospital

Music director Anu Malik, who has composed popular melodies for over 350 movies, is unwell and has been admitted into hospital.

Reports from��Deccan Chronicle confirm his wife Anju Malik recently posted a photograph of the 55-year-old alongside his mother and sister with the caption, “My husband’s pillars of strength. Love you Mummy and Choti Mummy.”

Malik who made his debut in 1977 made a comeback in Bollywood with ‘Dum Lagaa ke Haisha'(2015) under the Yash Raj Films banner. His previous works are included in popular soundtracks from films including ‘Phir Teri Kahani Yaad Aayee'(1993)’Baazigar'(1993) and ‘Jaanam'(1992).
