UK’s Virgin-EMI set to enter India market

British record label, Virgin EMI Records is set to enter the coveted India market.

According to Box Office India, the record company plans to introduce their repetoire of artists to Indian music fans and become a platform for local artists.

Bottomline Media and Tanaaz Bhatia�۪s Bottomline Media Pvt Ltd and Vishal Patel�۪s Be Seen have collaborated for new artist tie-ups and brand partnerships for the new initative.

Virgin EMI, owned by Universal Music Group, was found in 2013.
