Sony TV’s flagship gameshow ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 17’ has registered its weakest launch in the UK Asian television ratings, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.
The programme premiered on Monday at 21:00 with just 7,000 viewers, marking a significant drop from last year’s overnight launch figures of 16,000. In earlier years, the show had consistently debuted with over 30,000 viewers, making this year’s performance notably underwhelming.
