UK ratings: UMP Movies overtakes Rishtey

UMP Movies and Rishtey swapped positions in the latest round of UK ratings, while Star Plus retained the top spot.

According to data from BARB for week ending Sunday 21st July, Star Plus climbed back in popularity with a weekly reach of 1,058,000, UMP Movies was in second place with 773,000 and Rishtey tumbled down to third with 773,000. Sony SAB TV achieved the best ever ratings with a weekly reach of 500,000.

The next tier saw Zing with 481,000 and Star Life Ok in sixth with 443,000 and Star Gold with 403,000.

Al Jazeera English led the news ratings with 858,000 viewers, followed by ARY News with 428,000 and Aaj Tak with 282,000.
