The latest round of official viewing data supplied by BARB sees Star Network’s second Hindi entertainment channel, Star Life Ok, slip – losing around 162,000 viewers compared to data for its debut week on BARB. Its weekly reach currently stands at 367,000, according to week ending 10th June.

The reason for the sudden drop in viewership isn’t known but this week saw British viewers switch to mainstream channels for coverage of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations. ZEE’s Zing channel continues to remain above the half a million mark in weekly reach. The music and lifestyle channel reached 538,000 – up from 510,000 last week.
