UK ratings: Rishtey maintains strong position

Whilst Star Plus continue to lead in the UK ratings, Rishtey bettered its position by growing on last week’s performance, according to official data from BARB for week ending Sunday 16th June.

Star Plus had a weekly reach of 1,230,000 viewers (up from 1,186,000 last week), followed by Rishtey with a reach of 923,000 viewers and UMP Movies static in third with 876,000 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were Star Gold (673,000), Zing (546,000), Star Life Ok (535,000), Sony SAB TV (465,000) and Sahara One (319,000).

Amongst the news channels, Al Jazeera English had the biggest share of the pie with 867,000 reach, followed by Aaj Tak (387,000) and ARY News slipping to third with 312,000 viewers.
