UK ratings: Lamhe & Star Life Ok plummet

ZEE Network’s Lamhe and Star Life Ok slid significantly in the latest batch of UK Asian TV ratings supplied by BARB.

The data for week commencing Sunday 6th July shows Star Plus slightly down in its weekly reach but maintaining lead. It attracted 997,000 viewers – down from 1,058,000 viewers. Colors was back in second place with 702,000 viewers (up from 697,000 viewers) and Rishtey in third with 608,000 viewers (708,000 viewers).

The next tier saw UMP Movies in fourth place with 594,000 viewers (down from 697,000), Zing with 522,000 viewers (up from 606,000 viewers), Star Gold next with 430,000 viewers (up from 283,000 viewers) and Sony SAB TV down with 396,000 viewers (down to 456,000 viewers).

The bottom tier saw Star Life Ok touching a low with 303,000 viewers (down from 323,000 viewers), Lamhe was also down to just 225,000 viewers (down from 326,000 viewers). PTV Global also was down to 101,000 viewers (184,000 viewers).

The news genre saw lead in ARY News with 331,000 viewers (down from 472,000 viewers), followed by NDTV 24×7 with 190,000 viewers and Geo News in third with 175,000 viewers. Aaj Tak in fourth with 153,000 viewers and ABP News next with 150,000 viewers. SAMAA TV attracted 87,000 viewers and News18 India in last with 74,000 viewers.
