Sony Entertainment Television’s gamble to reduce its fiction programming during its weekday schedule has partly paid off after ‘Zindagi Ke Crossroads’ proved a bigger hit, according to consolidated data for week ending Sunday 17th June 2018.
‘Zindagi Ke Crossroads’ was launched during the same week as Salman Khan’s much awaited ‘Dus Ka Dum’. Whilst the gameshow has done well, it has been eclipsed by Ram Kapoor’s social series. Going by the ratings, ‘Zindagi Ke Crossroads’ rated higher on the channel’s most watched shows of the week. Its Thursday episode drew 28,000 viewers, compared to 26,000 viewers for ‘Dus Ka Dum’ on Tuesday and a further 25,000 viewers for its ‘Race 3’ special also on Tuesday.
However, it was ‘Mere Sai’, which continued to work wonders for the channel with an audience of 33,000 viewers – the biggest show of the week for Sony TV.
