Two new dramas to launch on Sony TV in Nov

On the back of the success of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, Sony Entertainment Television Asia is now launching two new dramas to keep up with the momentum.

The first will be a daily drama called ‘Induben Khakrawala’. A story of a strong woman who has struggled throughout her life and brought up her four children, single- handed with Indian moral values. Other details of the show were unavailable at the time of filing this article.

‘Induben Khakrawala’ is expected to launch on Monday 29th November in the 20:00 slot. Currently the channel is showing reruns of ‘Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega’ in the same slot.

To jazz up its weekend offerings, Sony TV will also be adding some further crime drama. Currently the channel specialises in ‘CID’ and ‘Crime Patrol’ at the weekends, the latest will be ‘Adalat’. A courtroom drama will see Ronit Roy play a lawyer named K D Pathak who has a knack of winning every case. Every episode will have a different case.

‘Adalat’ launches on Saturday 20th November at 20:00 and will be shown on a weekly basis.
