Twinkle Khanna talks ‘Padman’

Twinkle Khanna is turning producer with the upcoming film ‘Padman’ which is starring husband Akshay Kumar. Khanna recently opened up about the film.

“It (shoot) is going very well and Mr Muruganantham was also there. It’s a wonderful project. It’s a film which will bring awareness about something which has so far been cloaked and shamed and I am very happy to be a part of the film,” said Khanna, according to PTI. Arunachalam Muruganantham is the man who invented cheap sanitary towels in India and the story is based on him.

Radhika Apte also stars in the film which will also have a special role done by Sonam Kapoor.
