Twinkle Khanna on creating her own identity

Twinkle Khanna may not have had the most successful movie career but she has undoubtedly won respect over the years for her humour and writing talent. Once labelled a ‘star kid’ and then a superstar’s wife, she believes she has now formed an identity of her own.

Absolute India quote Khanna saying, “The gratifying part of my journey is no one calls me a star child or a superstar’s wife anymore. I think I have grown beyond that and have my own identity.”

Khanna’s latest book ‘The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad’ released recently. While maintaining the comic, light style she is known for as a writer, she claims it is very different to her first book, ‘Mrs Funnybones’.
