&TV UK overhauls primetime schedule to reflect India schedule

&TV UK has overhauled its primetime schedule, with new timings for all of its existing shows between 18:30 – 22:00.

According to EPG details, the UK beam will now have most shows during primetime run at the same time as &TV India from today, Monday 18th September 2017. This is the biggest schedule change for the channel since it launched three years ago. The most significant change in the UK schedule will be its flagship show ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’, which has been fixed in the 20:30 slot since its launch, moving to 18:30 (repeat at 23:00). It is not known why the channel has taken a call to overhaul its entire primetime schedule. However, ratings for &TV UK have fallen since it joined the Sky Original Pack (previously was free-to-air on Sky). Its reach currently stands at a disappointing 236,000 viewers, down from its previous average around 500,000 viewers.
