TV star Lakshya joins Kartik Aaryan & Janhvi Kapoor in ‘Dostana 2’

Karan Johar has confirmed newcomer Lakshya has been signed up for ‘Dostana 2′ as the third lead, joining Kartik Aaryan and Janhvi Kapoor in the Collin D’ Cunha directorial.

The actor known for his television work, was previously known as Laksh Lalwani and has been a part of a number of TV shows including ‘Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil’, ‘Adhuri Kahaani Hamari’ and ‘Porus’.

Lalwani has been signed for a four-film contract with Dharma Productions. Confirming the news, Johar took to social media to say, “Both happy and excited to introduce the new kid on the Dharma block! LAKSHYA will be making his debut with us in #DOSTANA2 and from thereon, we hope to start a solid cinematic journey together! Please welcome @itslakshya and shower him with all your love and blessings…”
