TV producer Rashmi Sharma blessed with twins via surrogacy

Television producer Rashmi Sharma, known for hit shows like ‘Saathiya’ and ‘Shakti’, has been blessed with twin boys via surrogacy.

Sharma and her husband Pawan have been married for six years but they kept the news of surrogacy a secret. The twins arrived last week, in Mumbai.

Talking about her wedding, Sharma said, “I have known Pawan for six to seven years now. Initially, we just knew each other as colleagues of the same industry. Later we became friends and gradually this friendship developed into a feeling of love for each other.”
