&TV celebrates monsoon season with ‘Pyaar Ki Baarish’

Monsoon brings along a wave of freshness and a promise of new beginning! People, no matter the age, are excited to make the most of this beautiful season – when the air is scented with the fragrance of earth and a refreshing coolness. It is this monsoon magic that &TV celebrates with ‘Pyaar Ki Baarish’ through its popular shows. Lead couples from across shows will be seen in romantic situations inspired by the rain.

With the rain gods coming down, often one finds themselves staring out of a window pane day dreaming, The lead characters of ‘Badho Bahu’, ‘Bhabhiji Ghar Pe Hain’ and ‘Ek Vivah Aisa Bh’i are caught exactly in the same situation, dreaming of romancing their loved one. Preet and Raj, played by Farnaz Shetty and Neel Motwani respectively from Waaris share playful camaraderie, representing how fun can suddenly be a part of your life in the rain. Whereas Anurag, played by Ankit Gera of ‘Agnifera’ uses the torrential rain to profess his undying love for his estranged wife. He said, “Romance and rain complement each other very well. There is something very cute in getting drenched in the rain with your loved one and eating hot samosas. Somehow rain makes the simplest mundane things special. Pyaar ki Baarish celebrates this monsoon magic”.

&TV’s flagship ‘show Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain’, will have dream sequence where the cast will be seen dancing on one of the popular monsoon song, Jaane do na from the movie ‘Saagar’. The beautiful Shunbangi Atre who plays Anita from ‘Bhabhiji Ghar Pe Hain’ says, “I love the rains, I was very excited when I was told that there is going to be a monsoon special. Romance and rains are synonymous with each other. Who doesn’t want to spend time with their loved one experiencing the magic that rain brings with it”. Macho man Prince Narula also could not escape the charm of our Indian monsoon. He said, “It was an opportunity to have a lot of fun while shooting when I was told there was going to be monsoon special, every actor has a favorite rain song or sequence and the opportunity to shoot for my first was absolute fun. Pyaar Ki Baarish is a perfect dedication to romancing in the rain.”

When the rain god waves his magic wand and just like that a normal day gets transformed into something special – nothing can be more special than love and this is the prime emotion &TV’s monsoon feature “Pyaar Ki Baarish” aims to capture.
