Times Network to launch property channel in India

Times Network has announced the launch of its new property channel, MagicBricks Now – named after real estate portal, MagicBricks.com, which Times Internet owns.

Earlier there were reports the channel would be known as Property Now but this has today been denied. Magic Bricks Now willhave Faye D’Souza as Editor of the channel. She will report to Times Network news president, Arnab Goswami.

The launch was announced in present of M Venkaiah Naidu, Union Minister of Urban Development, Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation and Parliamentary Affairs. Naidu said, ���I�۪m happy that there will be more focus on this sector. News and views should remain separate. The channel will help create a platform for the housing sector, and it ties in with the government�۪s aim to create housing for all by 2022.�۝

Magic Bricks Now launches on 1st November in India.
