Tiger Shroff’s ‘Munna Michael’ deferred due to demonetization

With India facing a cash crunch due to demonetization, Tiger Shroff’s upcoming dance flick ‘Munna Micahel’ is facing hardship with its Delhi schedule.

The film, which also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, was expected to begin its Delhi schedule last month but has been halted until February.

A source told Times Of India, “The film was scheduled to be shot in different Delhi locations, including North Campus, central Delhi and South Extension. Till a few weeks back, the shoot was supposed to start from the last week of November. But after the demonetization and the ensuing cash crunch, the shoot will now happen in February. The crew members who are to be hired on a daily basis cannot be paid through cheques.”
