Three new entertainment shows to Prime TV

After it successfully incorporated news bulletins from Pakistan broadcaster Dawn, Prime TV has now announced the addition of three new entertainment properties.

‘Xtra Light’ – a new gossip show taking viewers behind the glitz and glamour of the showbiz Lollywood world. It takes the 18:30 slot on Sundays.

A new drama serial – ‘Doosra Sach’ is based on real life incidents and social evils. ‘Doosra Sach’ explores what really goes on behind the newsmakers and news writers. The serial will be shown Wednesdays at 21:00.

Another short drama ‘Kaantoun Se Agay’ takes the weekday slot (Thursdays at 20:00). It’s a story of a young and determined woman, Dr. Nazish who is trying hard to maintain a balance between her career and her personal life. With her relationship with her husband at stake, will Dr. Nazish give up her career and protect her relationship or will she be able to save both her career and relationship? The answers are in ‘Kaantoun Se Agay’.
