Long gone are the days of clean and pristine film-making in Bollywood. As the industry attempts to move with the times, it doesn’t remain untouched of some sort of controversy. News has it that filmmaker Sudhir Mishra has used the word ‘sex’ 262 times in his upcoming venture ‘Inkaar’, which will indeed cause outrage for some.

Although not actually including any direct sexual scenes, the filmmakers appear to feel the need to explain why the word is being used so much. “The film is not about sex. It deals with sexual dynamics between colleagues at work. The subject might be bold and controversial but it essentially is the war between two opposite sexes,” Mid-Day reports a source stating.

The source goes onto say how the word has been incorporated in a way that it in no way seems “out of place.”

The film, starring Arjun Rampal and Chitrangada Singh, is about two colleagues battling out a sexual harassment case.
