Teaser of ’83’ attached to ‘Sooryavanshi’?

With ‘Sooryavanshi’ releasing this week, marking the return of Bollywood to cinemas, it’s exciting to hear that the teaser of Kabir Khan’s ’83’ will apparently be attached to it.

“Reliance Entertainment and Kabir Khan have devised a unique strategy by attaching the teaser of 83’ exclusively to the prints of Sooryavanshi in cinema halls across the globe. This means that the official teaser launch of 83’ will be made on the digital world only after maximum people have already witnessed the teaser on the big screen before the start of Sooryavanshi. It’s expected to strike YouTube by Sunday or Monday,” said a source, quoted by Pinkvilla.

’83’ is slated for a 24th December release so, in the run upto the release, a trailer launch event is expected later in November.

’83’ is, of course, a film about the Indian cricket world cup win in 1983 and it will see Ranveer Singh play Kapil Dev.
