Tara Sutaria excited to be singing in ‘Ek Villain 2’

Tara Sutaria who will be starring in Mohit Suri’s ‘Ek Villian 2’ is set to lend her vocals in the film. Trained as a professional singer, Sutaria is very much looking forward to the opportunity.

Reported on Pinkvilla, the ‘Student Of The Year 2’ (2019) actress said, “I think I am going to be singing in this film, which is something I have been looking forward to. I am finally getting an opportunity to do so, and I am excited.” The ‘Marjaawaan’ (2019) star has previously sung in operas and musical competitions, is slated to play a singer in the film.

With the current coronavirus outbreak, Sutaria was asked if this is likely to impact the film, “I am very new to the industry so I don’t know about the effects per say so, I wouldn’t want to talk about it. Having said that, I think our industry is a very strong and tough industry. We will come through, no matter what the situation is and I feel we are going to come back with a bang.”

‘Ek Villian 2’ also stars John Abraham, Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani and is slated to go on floors mid 2020, with the hope to release in January 2021.
