Tanushree Dutta’s first FIR didn’t mention Nana Patekar

Her allegations have sparked up huge uproar with many other big names being revealed in sexual harassment cases. However, sources have now revealed that when Tanushree Dutta first filed a complaint in regards to being harassed, it was done by her father on her behalf and there was no mention of Nana Patekur.

As India Today reveal images of the full report made back in 2008, all that is mentioned is how During the shooting of their film, Dutta was unhappy with a dance step added in by Patekar. When she approached choreographer Ganesh Archaraya he stated that it could not be changed, whereby Dutta refused to carry on.

The report then goes on to add how Dutta was told her co-star had left the set and the rest of the days shooting was cancelled.

The original FIR does include complaints of her care being smashed by a number of political part members, yet there is still no mention of Patekar being inappropriate with her.

When the actress spoke to the media she revealed, “We went to the police and told them everything. But even before we got to the police station, a counter FIR was already filed from their side. I don’t know if they went through any hassle for our complaint but because of their FIR, my father, spotboy and hairdresser were harassed for years.”

She went on to say, “We went to the police and told them everything. But even before we got to the police station, a counter FIR was already filed from their side. I don’t know if they went through any hassle for our complaint but because of their FIR, my father, spotboy and hairdresser were harassed for years.”

It seems this is one will be one case that won’t be dismissed so easily anymore.
