Tanishaa Mukerji signed for Anna Hazare biopic

Tanishaa Mukerji has ventured into production with her mother as BizAsia reported not long ago. However, now it’s come to light that she will also be seen in the forthcoming biopic based on the life of Anna Hazare.

Talking about the movie, which will be directed by Shashank Udapurkar,��Mukerji told TOI, “It’s a story close to Anna Hazare’s real life. He has approved it and so this will be his official biopic. At his age, he has inspired a whole generation of youth and I found that extremely fascinating”.

Mukerji will be returning to the screens with the film after seven years but she said she was not hesitant about making headlines with the project or her role.
