Tabu wants next project to be action-packed

With her recent release ‘Fitoor’ (2016) showing a whole other side to her acting talent, Tabu already has an idea of what she wants to do next.

“I want to do an action film now. I want to do an entertaining commercial action film. Let’s see. I have not got any interesting script which has high level action scenes. I hope I get to do something out of the box,”��NDTV reports the actress stating.

She went on to say, “These days, content is good, but it also has to be with a good director who knows his job. I have to trust the director. Fortunately, now-a-days, so much content is being written, almost everything is high on content. But it also has to match other things. Like it also has to be supported by a good producer and studio.”

Being offered some great roles in well distributed films, Tabu doesn’t want to break this cycle. “My priorities are different now. Now, I have to be part of good projects. No point in doing content driven films which are difficult to release,” she expressed.

‘Fitoor’ sees the actress sharing the screen with Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapur. It released on 12th February.
