Tabu not signed opposite Salman Khan in ‘Bharat’

With Tabu confirmed to star in Salman Khan’s next ‘Bharat’, it seems she is still waiting to be cast opposite him.

This will be duo’s fifth film together but in none of their previous films have they been romantically involved on-screen. Khan, who is around ten years Tabu’s senior, has played the role of her brother, her brother-in-law and in one film not even having much to do with his character. Talking to the media, Deccan Chronicle reports a source stating, “Tabu took some time to say yes to Bharat. She would crib about never being cast opposite Salman Khan.”

Looks like it will have to be a very interesting script, for these two to be cast as opposites.

‘Bharat’ will have Priyanka Chopra opposite Khan. Disha Patani has also been signed to the project.
