Taapsee Paanu to play Punjabi hockey enthusiast in ‘Manmarziyan’

Already in the midst of Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Manmarziyan’, it has been revealed that Taapsee Paanu will be playing a Punjabi girl enthusiastic about hockey.

“Taapsee plays a girl from Amritsar who is a hockey enthusiast,” Mumbai Mirror reports a source confirming.

Having begun shooting with Vicky Kaushal in February, they were later joined by Abhishek Bachchan who also plays a pivotal part in the film.
