Sushmita Sen praises Kangna Ranaut

Sushmita Sen has followed other actors by praising Kangna Ranaut for her role in the award-winning ‘Queen’.

In a chat with DNA India, Sen said, “I think she is in a very different time than I was. She is pushing the envelope even more than I did. When I was pushing the envelope, it was a shocker. It was blasphemous and almost a suidice to do something like that.�۝

She said, as well as Sridevi in ‘English Vinglish’, it was Ranaut’s portrayal that connected well with audiences. ���It is one thing to push the envelope, and its another things to keep at it and follow it up. She has managed to do that. Also, the fact that she has such an openess about her that she just takes it all in and puts in into her film and allows it to just connect it with people,�۝ she adds.
