Sushant’s househelp gives police statement on his movements night before death

During his interrogation with the Bihar Police, Sushant Singh Rajput’s househelp gave a clear statement that no party was hosted on 13th June – the night before the star’s demise.

The househelp, after two-hour long interaction with the Bihar Police department, revealed that Singh Rajput was in his bedroom after having dinner on the night of 13th June. The help also said that Singh Rajput woke up early the next morning on 14th June, reports DNA India. This perhaps clears up any notion of Singh Rajput going out for a party, or any party take place at his Bandra home.

This does fit in with the Mumbai Police’s train of thought as they had also rejected the news that the star was partying until the early hours. They also said that the CCTV from the star’s house was not working, which has become a focal point of debate.

Rhea Chakraborty, who has confirmed herself a being Singh Rajput’s girlfriend, remains as a person of interest in this ongoing case. She is currently in a fight against the late star’s father KK Singh. She filed a petition with the Supreme Court for transfer of investigation to Mumbai Police after Singh Rajput’s father filed an FIR against her with Bihar Police.

As retrieved from Singh Rajput’s phone, he had made two calls on the night of 13th June at around 2am. He had called Chakraborty and good friend Mahesh Shetty – both of who did not receive the call at that time.
