Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer calls AIIMS report “inconclusive”

Earlier today, BizAsiaLive.com reported that Dr Sudhir Gupta of AIIMS had said that Sushant Singh Rajput’s death is a suicide case, as indicated by the report the panel submitted to the CBI. However, the late actor’s family lawyer has said the report has missed out important evidence as is therefore “inconclusive”.

“AIIMS report is not conclusive and CBI in its chargesheet can still file a case of murder in Sushant Singh Rajput death case… They don’t have the X-ray of the leg which is said to have been fractured so it cannot be conclusive at the most it could be taken as a piece of evidence in the case,” said Vikas Singh, the lawyer, as reported by E Times.

In July, an FIR was filed by Sushant’s father KK Singh for Rhea Chakraborty and the case has been ongoing, with the NCB probing separately on the procurement of drugs.
