Sushant Singh Rajput opposite Priyanka in Mary Kom biopic?

Prior to the release of his debut film, ‘Kai Po Che’ which released last week, TV actor Sushant Singh Rajput was already proving popular with filmmakers. BizAsia can reveal that speculation suggests that the actor has been signed opposite Priyanka Chopra in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Mary Kom biopic.

Singh Rajput who has been praised for his part in ‘Kai Po Che’, it is thought, has already given the nod to Bhansali for the film��and has no problems playing the role even though Chopra will be protagonist.

Singh Rajput is indeeding flying high having bagged a three-film deal with Yash Raj Films and will also be seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Peekay’ and Imtiaz Ali’s ’22 Tango’.
