Surveen Chawla refuses to endorse body-building supplements

Surveen Chawla

The very bold Surveen Chawla recently refused to support a body-building supplement brand as she believes in going the natural way.

Chawla has joined the bandwagon of B-town actors who doesn’t endorse consuming artificial products. According to Absolute India, a body building supplement brand offered the actress a good deal to endorse their product but without thinking twice, Chawla turned down the offer as she doesn’t support artificial products.

Revealing the reason behind the same, Chawla says, “We can get all the required nutrition naturally then why opt for supplements? Earlier, people didn’t have the option of supplements but still they were fit, healthier and stronger, courtesy natural diet rich of all important nutrients.”

“Back in the days people had stronger immunity because the ‘size zero’ didn’t exist and a superficially good looking body was not the trend. It was inner strength. Desi ghee today is a big no but in those days۪ people would have their food cooked in it and were able to walk miles a day. Eat healthy and work out regularly,” added Chawla.

The actress garnered a tremendous fan following after Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Ugly’ (2015) and Vishal Pandya’s ‘Hate Story 2’ (2014) and since then she has been receiving several offers. She will also be seen doing an item number in Anees Bazmee’s ‘Welcome Back’.
