Suraj Pancholi charged with abetting Jiah Khan suicide

Suraj Pancholi has been charged with abetting the suicide of Jiah Khan.

NDTV reports that Mumbai Police filed a 500-page charge-sheet in an Andheri court against the aspiring actor. Suraj, son of actors Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab, was arrested and jailed after Khan’s death. The actor was in relationship with Khan and was the last person to have spoken to her after she was found hung last June.

Jiah’s mother, Rabiya Khan said, “The police had already decided to declare it a case of suicide,” adding that they had ignored forensic evidence.”
