Supreme Court allows Sunjay Kapur to see children

The dispute between Karisma Kapoor and her estranged husband Sunjay Kapur seems to have been getting more and more complicated. The latest news is that Kapur has been given the nod by the Supreme Court to see his children on their birthdays – on the 11th and 12th March.

“Karisma has agreed to this order. Currently, the kids are having school holidays and Sunjay requested the court to take them for a vacation, which was denied. He then desired for an overnight access. But that too was denied. Later, SC passed an order that he could meet his children for their birthday either at Karisma’s house or at the venue of the celebrations,” said Mahesh Jethmalani, who represents Kapoor, to TOI.

The court reportedly asked the couple to reach a settlement and a hearing is due on 8th April.
