‘Superstars’ replacing ‘DID Doubles’ on ZEE TV?

With ‘Dance India Dance Doubles’ ending on ZEE TV next month, a question mark hangs over what will be taking the coveted weekend primetime slot.

According to buzz, ‘Dancing Ke Superstars’ will be the latest spin-off series under the ‘Dance India Dance’ brand starting in the coming weeks.

Apparently, ‘Dancing Ke Superstars’ will see contestants from the first two seasons compete with one another, alongside stars from ‘Dance India Dance Lil Champs’.

A source told TellyChakkar, “DID 3 is Dancing Ke Superstars and we have already approached the contestants. As for judges, Mithun Da continues to remain the Grand Master. We have approached Marzi Pestonji, Geeta Kapur and Rajeev Surti. Apart from that Shiamak Davar will also be seen in the show. Terence Lewis is also eager to make a comeback since he was not very happy with Chak Dhoom Dhoom. Apart from that, after his Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa stint, Remo D۪Souza too will be seen in the show.”

The current season of ‘Dance India Dance Doubles’ ends on Saturday 9th April on ZEE TV UK. The new replacement show is expected to launch the following week on Saturday 16th April.
