Sunrise TV to launch in early-February?

Speculation doing the rounds in the industry is that Sunrise Radio’s much delayed television project could finally be launching early next month.

Other details on Sunrise TV, as the channel will be known, remain sketchy. It is likely Sunrise TV will specialise in local lifestyle and entertainment programming.

The channel has been planning a launch for over two years. Initially there was talk of a tie-up between Sony Entertainment Television Asia but this has not been confirmed. Could the new channel launch as a part of the MAX Mix TV bundle? It all remains to be seen.

Sunrise TV is rumoured to launch on Sky Digital on Monday 4th February.
