Sunny Leone still getting offers despite ‘Kuch Kuch Locha Hai’ debacle
Sunny Leone’s Bollywood career maystill not be called a Bollywood actress, but it still hasn’t dampened her spirits, especially since she is still receiving Bollywood offers. Leone says that she still gets ten offers a day, even after a flop like ‘Kuch Kuch Locha Hai’.
To Hindustan Times, Leone stated, “Even aftera flop like Kuch Kuch Locha Hai, I’m being approached with film offers. Daniel (Weber;husband) tells me every day that five or ten scripts have come in. I read all of them, I first read the synopsis and if I like it, then only do I go through the entire script.”
Leone also added that she doesn’t have a mentor and does everything based on her gut feeling. She said, “Because of my background, and where I come from, I have hit the ground running. I don’t have a mentor. It has all been based on my gut feeling. It’s been a journey, where something new happens every day. But I am in a better place now. I never thought it was even possible for a girl like me. In that way, it’s satisfying.”
Leone debuted in Bollywood with 2012’s ‘Jism 2’. Leone will next be seen in ‘Mastizaade’ with Tushar Kapoor and Vir Das.
