Sunny Deol: “Salman Khan has great respect for me”

Popular star Sunny Deol has spoke about his relationship with Salman Khan and said the latter has much respect for him amid rumours of a rift during the promotional shoot of ‘Ghayal Once Again’ on ‘Bigg Boss 9’.

Deol said, “It was a nice experience… enjoyed it. Salman and I have known each other since quite some time, we are colleagues and we had also done a film together. We share a different equation. He has great respect for me. We interacted and spoke about each other.”

The 58-year old actor put rest to rumours that he was annoyed at the delay of the shoot, “We are going into the gossip part. We did not shoot for that day… picked up another day. It happens. We all are clean-hearted, so it doesn’t make any difference.”

Talking about the film, he spoke about the marketing aspect of the film, “I have put in so much of hard work for the film as an actor, director and producer. I have understood it is as important to promote the film as it is to make the film. Initially, I was reluctant to do it and used to get irritated, agitated. Then I felt I need to do it and enjoy it. I like it now. I am not bothered if I am making a goof up of myself because I am not pretending.”
