Sunny Deol to feature in Dimple Kapadia’s nephew’s acting debut

Sunny Deol has always been known to be Bollywood’s action hero. While he hasn’t been seen in a full fledged action role in a long time, he will be a part of Dimple Kapadia’s nephew, Karan Kapadia’s acting debut. The film is an action one, and will be directed by Behzad Khambata.

Mirror reports one of the producer’s Tony D’ Souza confirming Deol’s presence, and Khambata’s excitement as well, saying, “It’s very different from his current lot of films, including Poster Boys and Yamla Pagla Deewana 3 and takes him back to the action genre. He is in the forces and will start shooting by the end of this month. Behzad is huge fan of Mr. Deol and has grown up watching his films. The first time we went to meet him, he was so nervous to meet the actor who he has worshipped all his life that he was almost speechless. He told me later that all through the meeting the dialogues of Ghayal kept playing in his head.”

Deol was last seen in Shreyas Talpade’s ‘Poster Boys’ (2017).
